This was the best manicure & pedicure I’ve ever had. I don’t know how to begin to put to words how happy I am with the service I received. Stefana is so kind, accommodating, compassionate, gentle and professional. You can really tell she is passionate about what she does and she’s so good at it! This is the wife! My stylist is Taylor @ the Metropolitan location. I gained her as my previous stylist left. I am so happy to have her! She is honest with me about the questions I have about my hair and colors that will or won't work for me. She is such a happy, sincere and beautiful person. So, at this appointment, I was not my normal bubbly self. She noticed and I eventually told her I got cancer as a Christmas present. I felt such a sweet and caring reaction from her. While waiting for her to mix the magic for my color, another young lady from the front reception (I don't recall her name), brought me a bouquet of flowers. Turns out they were from Taylor. That made my day. I wanted to put breast cancer pink in my hair. She recommended doing colored tinsel instead - and I loved it! She told me to come in after I start whatever treatment and she will help me manage my hair: whether cutting it or just doing a nice wash and blow dry when I can't do it myself. Y'all have a great group there!

Although the manicure and hair services were outstanding I was disturbed that many staff and customers were ignoring the mask policy. Not only is it the law, but many of us rely upon the establishments we use to adhere to the policies they post and are mandated to keep us healthy. When I asked, I was curtly told that it is ‘whatever you’re comfortable with’ WRONG ANSWER
