From answering client calls and scheduling appointments to greeting visitors, they keep our operations running smoothly while delivering elevated customer service.

Guest Relations Team Lead: Driven by a commitment to service and leadership, our Guest Relations Team Leads set the standard for exceptional customer care. They guide our Guest Relations team ensuring seamless front of house operations.

Stylist: Combining proven experience with advanced technical skill, our Stylists bring exceptional artistry to every appointment. Whether joining us as seasoned professionals or completing our comprehensive assistant program, they deliver expert care and tailored design to every guest.

Assistant Stylist: Driven by a passion for growth and hair care, our Assistant Stylists refine their technique through our training program and by assisting senior stylists in the salon, building the foundation to work behind their own chair.
