| Cupping therapy is a specialized massage technique that uses gentle suction to lift the tissue rather than compress it. By creating space within the muscles and connective tissues, cupping helps increase circulation, reduce tension, improve mobility, and address areas of restriction in a unique and effective way. During your session, cups may be gently moved across the skin or strategically placed for a period of time to target specific areas of concern. Cupping can be an excellent complement to massage, helping the body feel more open, restored, and balanced.
