Guest Relations Representatives

To schedule an appointment or inquire about our services, please call 704.339.0909 to speak with one of our Guest Relation Representatives. Our Guest Relation Representatives are able to schedule appointments and answer your questions for all of the Modern Salon & Spa locations.

Stay in the Loop

We would love to send you promotions and discounts we are offering! Please provide one of our Guest Relations Representatives your home address and e-mail address in order to receive Modern’s special offers. We can also be found on Facebook and Twitter where we have special web offers.

When scheduling an appointment, please tell us if you would prefer to have your confirmation called or e-mailed to you. As an appointment reminder courtesy, our Guest Relations Department will call or e-mail to confirm your appointment two (2) days prior to your service(s). For our new guests, our Guest Relations Department will also call two (2) days after your appointment to follow up on your service.

Correction Services

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your service, i.e. your blonde highlights are too light or your layers were not cut short enough, we are happy to schedule another appointment with the same Service Provider to correct the matter. Notice must be given to Modern Salon & Spa within 72 hours of the appointment and the work must be completed within 7 days of your original service date. If the same service is performed, the service will be complimentary. If you would prefer to see a more Senior Service Provider to correct the original service, you would only be obligated to pay for the service level price difference.

Product Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with the products that you purchased, we are happy to exchange those products for another product or any Modern Salon & Spa service for the product value within seven (7) days of purchase. If there is not a product or Modern service that you need at the time of exchange, we are happy to put a store credit on your file for future appointments.

If you have purchased a ZIZI JOON Blow-dryer from any of our salon and spa locations, please make sure to save the proof of purchase in the chance that you would need to send it to the manufacturer during the one year warranty. The warranty card lists instructions of where to send the blow-dryer in the event that it should need to be serviced.

Service Provider Levels

Continuing education and growth are important values in our culture at Modern Salon & Spa. As a result, we have many different levels of Service Providers here to serve you. Our Service Provider levels and pricing are based on the number of years and amount of continuing education taken by an individual.

Along with growth, we value team work and our purpose is to serve you. In the event that you would like to see another Service Provider, please do so! We are here to personally accommodate our guests needs and are able to do that within the diversity of our departments.

Cancellation Policy

When reserving specialty services (Bridal Parties, any party reserving 3 hours or more, and any service which requres an in-salon consulation) a credit card number is required. Credit card will be charged full amount without a 48-hour reschedule or cancellation notice. A 50% deposit will be due upon reservation of services.

Gift Card Policy

Gift cards are non-refundable and expire five years from the date of purchase, effective January 2010. Gift cards may be used for any Salon or Spa Service or Spa Package. Gift cards may also be used for the purchase of products. Gratuities are not included on gift cards.

Online Booking Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required for booking the appointment(s). The remaining amount will be collected in the location on the day of your visit. Should you be unable to make it to your appointment, the deposit paid may be used toward a future service visit or product purchase.
